The inspiration behind this painting is from our trip to Alaska. Unfortunately we did not get to see the northern lights, but we did become obsessed with everything about Alaska for a while. Actually I don’t think we’re over it. We’ve been twice already. Still on our bucket list to see the northern lights. Anyway, this is El Paso reimagined to be able to see the northern lights from here and if it was a winter wonderland. The painting is done with oil paints. Original or Prints available.
Mounted prints are mounted on light-weight, sturdy gatorfoam. Mounting features foam blocks that allow the print to protrude from the wall for a very elegant modern look.
